HARD DROP! iPhone XS Max with No Touch - How To Bottom Board Swap - Sandwich Repair

The iPhone XS Max Logic Board is actually made up of 2 logic boards sandwiched together. The problem with this design, is that after hard drops, the 2 layers can separate. In some cases, the bottom board itself breaks & needs a bottom board swap.

So I will have to replace the whole bottom board & swap over Baseband CPU, WiFI & Baseband Eeprom data. This repair takes a while, so sit back & relax, cuz this is going to be a long one.
